Explanation of how Dell Twitter accounts are structured:
@Direct2Dell is the "ringmaster" account and follows all Dell Twitter properties. By clicking on any of the Dell Twitters being followed by @Direct2Dell , one can see the "individual" Twitter account of the person behind that account. (Not every Dell Twitter has an individual identified behind it at this time, including @DellDirekte, @Alienware & @DellShares.)
For example, on @Direct2Dell one sees only other Dell Twitter properties AND @LionelatDell, who is responsible for the Direct2Dell blog which feeds that Twitter. Other Dell folk who are on Twitter and are either already publicly representing Dell on Twitter or have said they wish to be followed publicly are also shown on @TeamDell.
